Frequently asked questions
All our vehicles have third party liability included, while for theft and damage insurance there is a deductible of € 1,000. You also have the option of reducing your theft and damage deductible by paying an extra fee.
All Visa, MasterCard, American Express or prepaid credit cards are accepted.
The minimum age is 21 and you must have a valid driving licence.
We offer you a free transfer from your hotel in Sorrento to our office where you can rent your car. Alternatively, we will deliver the car to your hotel for a small fee.
Upon collection of the vehicle, a deposit will be required on your credit card, which will be refunded upon delivery of the vehicle. If everything goes smoothly, the deposit will be unblocked after 4-5 working days. Sometimes, it can take up to 30 days. If your deposit hasn’t been returned within that time, call your bank if we’ve returned the deposit but you still don’t see the amount on your account.
